A la page bookfair - 07/03
The start of an adventure there ! A first bookfair for me as it's been for A la page too, since it was the first edition. This bookfair is especially focused on self-published authors.
A great opportunity to meet other authors as well as illustrators, publishing services and graphic designers to help self-published authors promoting their work.
The festival lasted for a day, and since it was a first edition it wasn't really crowded, but I was very happy to be part of it. What best occasion to make your books known and promote them than attending a bookfair ? Honestly, you get to meet the future readers and talk to them about your book and its story. It's really scary at first and to be fair I was quite socially awkward, but I do believe that with practise I will improve !
